I made a lot of copies using the DF with no problem but almost every time from the platen glass it throws the code.Leave a comment:

I second this...had one of my trainees do this and made him stare at the glass until he figured out what was wrong....black strip was underneath instead of on top....haha he'll never make that mistake again.Leave a comment:
