    Ricoh MP501 Clicking noise

    I have a ricoh mp501 that I was replacing the drum on and the customer mention that it was making a clicking noise. I realized it only happens when tray 1 is inserted, just checking to see if anyone has run into this issue and what fixed it. Thanks

      Chances are, almost everything you'll ever come across has been seen before, and there has been at least one discussion about it - please feel free to search the forum for yourself. There is a bulletin about this very issue.
