I have a Ricoh C7100 that needs repair. Is there any Independent Ricoh Technicians that work on these production models that can possibly fly to Caribbean for repair? Please let me know.

the person contacted me a while back but wanted me to help him via phone when i had better things to do..
I felt he is trying to fix it himself on the cheap..........never was offered any compensation so do as you see fit..
