Which controller is it? I can't see any reference to an FD3401.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

I have drawn a total blank. Do any of these three boxes have a normal Fiery product number on them, i.e. E-41?

                  Unfortunaly not.

I found a code in the motherboard:

                  R0367502 RICOH PROC900 PCB:FB13-L2

In one of the boxes i could print the add/remove programs
                  and see Fiery v3 ....

It would have been nice if you had said Pro C900 instead of 900 right from the get go. It gives us the proper service manual to look in. Now if you can wait a couple days until one of decide to get back to your ignorance.
