    Ricoh Smart Device Connector won't print the last page.

          Sorry it took a few days to get back to the call. On different Android phones one will print and the other will give a system error 91. I have a S10 Plus with Android 10 and it works, meanwhile the other is a Motorola phone with android 9 and it won't print. Both are using the latest Ricoh Smart Connect.

              That sounds like a problem with the phones, not the MFP. Possibly a setting or another app interfering.

                  You've proven it works. It's out of your hands.
                  Have them read the feedback for EVERY SINGLE APP in the App/Play store. There are always tons of 1 star ratings from users because it 'doesn't work on their particular phone'.

                      Update the firmware on the copier. Then if your phone works and their older Android OS does not they need to either upgrade the phone or deal with it.

                      Another option might be to look in to PaperCut's Mobility Print. It is a free download and free to use app.
