    Scanning to SharePoint

I have a customer who wishes to scan to SharePoint on a MP C4504. Was unable find anything about that subject in the Ricoh or Connectivity forums. I don't know a whole lot about the networking side of our industry and usually farm that part of it out. I believe that it can be done, as the C4504 has a smart operation panel with browsing and access to the apps needed. I have read up a bit on Ricoh's Integrated Cloud Service(ICE) and it looks like the customer would need to have a subscription to one of their plans but I'm not certain about that.

Could someone please confirm that (1)this model is capable of scanning to SharePoint and (2)is a ICE plan needed to accomplish this, or is there a way around needing to pay for this ability. Also, any advice on how to get it done would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes it will scan to sharepoint. ICE will give the customer many features build into the Ricoh. There IT I believe can setup up a folder to scan into sharepoint without the added features. Get with there IT to see.
If they want ICE they have to pay. Think Kyocera it's free as one of the hypass app's but never had anyone ask about it or set one up.
