Ricoh sp 828

Greetings I'm having problems with ricoh sp 828 I just buy new toner black and new pump and change bet the printer still asking for black toner and i check the pippe that send toner to the pump and fine out the toner is not going down to the pump.what can be cousing toner not to go down the pippe to the pump?I have check the pippe for any blog and there is no blog.Please need help and thanks.

Never heard of SP828 but is toner going into top of tube, if it is replace tube, it comes with pump. Have you fitted new pump and is it the correct part number for whatever model it is.
