    ricoh sp 820

    Greetings I'm having problems with ricoh sp 820 I just buy new toner black and new pump and change bet the printer still asking for black toner and i check the pippe that send toner to the pump and fine out the toner is not going down to the pump.what can be cousing toner not to go down the pippe to the pump?I have check the pippe for any blog and there is no blog.Please need help and thanks.

      The toner supply clutch or the dev unit drive gears could have failed, has this thing made a noise like a machine gun firing recently?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          I refuse to entertain this guy anymore.
          he never knows what he should and all he is not a tech by any means.
          maybe pay a tech and let him teach you...

              I wonder if a new pump was fitted. This is a very common problem all ricoh trained engineers would know {best to call out a credited ricoh service engineer}
