    what is the change in this I'm seeing while buying on eBay?
    Genuine Ricoh BLACK Drum. Part# D186-2228. Replaces old part numbers D186-2258, D186-2248, D186-2238, D186-2208.
    didn't know if I should buy or stay away

              Are you looking for the drum unit only or are you after the whole PCU (drum and dev)?
