[Misc] Compatibility between the SPC360 and SPC361

    Consultation:
According to the specifications of these devices, the fundamental differences are based on the "SP C361" supporting a larger capacity toner cartridge.
Do you know if the toner can be used in the "SP C360" model?

The price difference between toner is minimal, but between devices if it's quite large, which we don't understand.

The answer is 'no' If I'm understanding you correctly:

For example: the 7000 page yield black toner (408176) can be used in both models; However the 10,000 page yield (408246) is only compatible with the C361
The same is also true for the associated colour cartridges.

You are right about the pricing though. It's very interesting that (in my case), the cost is actually LESS for the high yield Cartridges -although I've not sold or serviced any of them anyway

What awaited me, thank you for confirming it to me. Since we are in the process of a sale and in the specifications, provided by our Ricoh sales agent, it does not detail the compatibility.
We'll look for the possibility of adapting to the model "SP C360" of the 10K cartridge. If possible, feasible and do not harm the device and its warranty.

I play around with toners a lot and no by choice at times.
if the cartridge fits but does not register a new cartridge it is a different toner chip..
ON most newer machines easy to change..
I have no seen that model as i only buy/sell service 3 plus year old models..

In our case (Ricoh, Spain) continues to provide this model to its distributors, for reasons of stock, we assume.
I understand that's what you mean. I'm sorry if I'm confused, my English is very rough.
