Hello everyone, I have a customer that is annoyed by the print quality of his RICOH IMC3000. He says that if he prints in black&white an excel document with cells with colored background (red for example) he can't read the numbers inside those cells. In addition, he says that the previous copier (an MPC3003) there wasn't any problem. I tried to change settings in the driver (PCL6 Universal), tried different driver (such as RICOH PS Universal driver) but with no resaults. I think that the gray management is a bit messy, is there any suggestion? Sorry for bad english, good weekend
