    MP 6503

Hi, All. I hope things are going as well as can be for everyone. I ran in to this indication for the first time today on a MP 6503 in the system announcement box on the display. I FINALLY got it to clear by formatting some of the smaller HDD modules like IMH, scanner application etc. I'm still not exactly sure what it is referring to. Can someone shed a little light on this? The scanner journal is set to do not print/delete oldest. Sorry about being portrait, it was landscape when attached.

You may have an function data log or error log that is not set to auto delete after a set time. Normally a User Tools setting for each function. An example would "Print and erase FAX log when full"
