Ricoh Aficio mp c5000

Good day or what ever time,I'm haven problem with ricoh mp c5000 it display sc672 and I thought it was control box bet when i remove the control box and mian board and put in the other mp c5000 every thing came on well what can be coursing the error sc672 on the other mp c5000 need help on this thanks in advance.

That's a pretty old machine, probably just a poor connection where the controller plugs in, try re-seating and making sure of good electrical connection

Oze and tjvincent pretty much covered the controller to op panel problem other than check firmware and replace the panel.
