Gestetner MPC 1500

Dear All

I Got Problem with Gest MPC 1500 (Standar), When I Print document from the PC (with USB or Network), the Printer Indicator on the machine will on in red lamp and the message "You cant use this function, set key counter" appear, how it can be happen ??, but scanning is normal.

Turn off the key counter in User Tools for printing.

the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
