Ricoh Pro C751ex not finding Plockmatic BK5030 Bookmaker

Let me preface this saying we are a small business that dealt exclusively with the school system. We've bought these two units to try and adjust after Covid19.

The Ricoh Pro C751ex isn't seeing the Plockmatic Bk5030. These are the (partially undocked) units:

Just a couple questions in that we are new to Bookmaking. We've had a couple of Ricoh Graphic Arts Edition so we're more familiar with those:

Does the Fiery need specific software to find the BK5030?

Does the Shift Tray need to be in the lowered position or the upper limit position when docked?

We don't have an exit arm catcher, is the exit arm supposed to be in an exact position when docked?

Under Fiery Device Central, the Plockmatic BK5030 does not show. The Ricoh sees the SR5030 Finisher but not the Plockmatic BK5030 which is next in line when docked. When feeding a job, it goes through the Finisher then stops at the Plockmatic Bookmaker.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
