    SPC-410DN

I have a customer who prints on 100gr paper only, with 60-70% coverage. Printer has 30K prints. Customer complains to me that sometimes printer throws unfused pages not all of the page, but a column top to bottom, right hand. I saw them and i checked hot/press roll but they look good. I would like to ask if someone have had the same experience and what is the cause... Fuser module lasts for 100K but is it true? Thanks in advance for any input!

That is a high toner coverage for the fuser to cope with at full speed.
I agree with Meister77 sounds like it needs to go through on thick 1 (slower and slightly hotter).

Thanks a lot for your response! I suggested to my customer a "coated paper" selection from printer driver, since than i didn't have any issue...
