    MPC 2800 showing restart when power on in the morning, before showing ready

    Hi,

    Got some issues with mpc 2800 copier going into restart state most of the time in the morning when switching
    on power supply. After restart, then it goes ready.
    I have formatted the hardisk of the copier and it is still the same.
    Any other problems with the mpc 2800 causing this issues,

      What does SP5-990-004 logging data say as far as SC codes go?

          If it shows the restart screen, it means it must have logged an error code - you need to check the logging data (or print one with sp5990-04) to know what error is there before trying to fix the problem.

              Change SP 5875-001 SC Auto Reboot from 0(default) to 1. In the future the machine will show the SC code instead of the Restart message.
