We have a possible customer that is currently using a fleet of HP printers that are connected via USB cable. They are scanning their documents to folder as pdf documents (As far as I know the HP software is handling this). Any of the Ricohs I've tested can only scan to jpg, png, tif or bmp without some type of 3rd party software. Is this really the case? Thanks everyone.
