    Setting for counting Duplex and legal copies as 2 clicks

    Hello people... Hope everyone is well... Can anyone tell me where and if there is a setting to make the unit count Duplex copies and Legal size copies as 2 clicks???? Sorry.. Mainly on the MP 5002's

              Hello ...Thanks for your response... I'm on a MP C5502 and there is not a SP 5-104-001 on this unit... could it be another?? Or what is the SP called?? Thanks Much !

                  That is for double counting Double Letter. Duplex is always counted for each side. Legal size is never double counted. Depending on the model you may have to enter Factory SP in order to change. Also depending on the model once it has been changed from the default and then returned back to default it cannot be changed again without assistance from tech support.

                              I think on mpc5502 double click is default on for a3 and legal

                                  I believe it is in SSP. After accessing the sp mode, hold down the "#" sign and select system tab.

                                      Legal has always been single for me. Only Double Letter and larger can be switched back and forth.
