    Thanks for this, im glad you posted because I was going to forget to update this. I replaced the controller board, but used the current NVRAM's and the DIMM chip. Everything carried over. The Nuance software must be stored in the control panel, it came right back, didnt need to reinstall it. The copier came up and ran great.

    Had a little hiccup the following day with it dropping off the network, had a random SC672-12 code come up, but that was something to do with their network I am quite sure of that. I know that 672 error doesnt really correlate to a network issue, but as soon as I uplugged the network cable from the copier, it booted right back up and I was able to continous ping for several minutes using my laptop. Plugged their network back into it, been fine since.
