    Ricoh Aficio MP 6001

    Does anyone have the firmware version 8.75 for the scanning issue on the MP 6001? We are a Konica dealer but we have a customer with a few Ricoh MP 6001 that we service. I have a certified 10 year Ricoh tech that has no access to firmware or Ricoh support anymore.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

      Only 6 posts in 5 years and it appears that most of them are attempts at firmware piracy. 4 of them today. General Rule 5 clearly states "Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed." Firmware is the intellectual property of Ricoh.
