    Ricoh Mpw 2400 CIS

    hi I got really problem on CiS. I have problem in one Cis that print 4" black vertical Line. so i did copy in long way potriat . after long time i got cis and change it. then the problem occur. all the 5 cis not working so i check all the cable the PUI board and all. please give some advice cause of lockdown i cannot get any items from aboard .. plz plz help me

    So don't any of the CISs work at present? There should be an overlap between them so that the whole image is scanned.

        all 5 cis lamp is not lighting. and there is no sp 4972 code in my mpw 2400...

          It may be in SSP. That excerpt is from the manual.

              Maybe you shouldn't be attempting to work on any Ricoh equipment if you need to ask that question.
