Hi,
IM C2000 error showing SC672-21 As per technical bulletin first i have replaced controller board, tried update firmware. still the same problem.i have replaced USB cable between controller and operation panel board, Still same error. Please advice me anybody face same problem.

SC672- 21 OCCURS WHEN FAX IS SENT SYMPTOM:
SC672-21 occurs when sending FAX on a device which has the Streamline NX and the FAX firmware has been updated to ver. 2.22 or ver. 2.23.
Occurrence Conditions:

• Fax is sent.
  
• One or more of the following apps (which use the tracking function) is installed:
  • Streamline NX
    
  • Kofax (by Nuance)
    
  • Paper Cut,
    
  • Pharos,
    
  • LRS ,
    
  • Inepro.
    
  • MyQ
    CAUSE:
    There is a firmware bug with the "System /Copy" firmware:
    The authentication module on the Controller abnormally terminates during the transmission count process when sending a FAX. As a result, the Controller cannot communicate with the SOP, triggering SC672-21.
    Immediate Workaround:
    Power the machine OFF/ON.
    SOLUTION:
    Temporary Countermeasure:
    Downgrade the Package firmware to ver. 2.20.04 or older.
    Permanent Countermeasure:
    Update the Package firmware to ver. 2.26 or newer.
    *System/Copy [METMF3_system] D0BL5550S Ver. 2.23 must be installed.
