Hi all,
We had an issue with scan to email via a Gmail account which turned out to be a authentication issue with the password. In the customers infinite wisdom they went on the W.I.M of the device and disabled all SSL and TLS protocols. Now still unable to scan and can't log onto web browser to enable ssl/tls setting.
Have tried resetting all user setting and network setting via SP 5-801 but no luck. Reluctant to do a memory all clear to avoid having to input all SP data.
Any ideas on enabling SSL/TLS via device op panel? Or resettting the setting without doing full memory clear?
