    Back screen MP C4502

    Hi good day

    Due to a power problem in the premises, the screen when turning on, remains black, it does not show the code even on the web.

    In the mpc5000 for example, I know that the Bicu and the polygon were damaged

    I have a question: in this mpc5502:
    the bcu (D1445111) or the IPU (D1445152) is changed

          The machine turns on, the motors, drawers, scanner lamp, almost everything is fine.
          The red alert LED turns on. Blue also turns on, the screen goes black.

              Shine a torch on the screen and see if you can see an error code.

                  Also try to Web into the machine by IP.

                      ..... Can be a fuse on the power supply... Had same problem on a Mpc3504
