MPC07 overruling . .printjob

Hi,

got this problem;

Customer prints from internal printsystem that only sends information for a drawer, it can not send information regarding paper type such as letterhead . .
This is necessary for printing vignets .

So the drawer is configured for letterhead but the printsystem is not sending this, is there an adjustment to overrule the "type setting" so it does print to the specified drawer.
