mocha MPCW2201 replace inkthead's bl head is not in line with col head

    [Misc] mocha MPCW2201 replace inkthead's bl head is not in line with col head

    hello

    had code 280-02
    after replacing bl and col inkthead sc was gone
    but when printing color the image shifts (flue) just a little bit. direction paper feed.
    I replaced the heads like on the manual but I can't see any adjustment.

    It's hard to believe to change both heads or on head and that they are one on one correct without a calibration.

    to make it more clear: it's very strange that you can hook up the inkt heads and that the nozzles of the black 100% in place with the nozzles of the color (paperfeed direction)

    you can adjust the heads in maintenance mode but that's from left to right (headposition)

      are you using OEM Genuine Canon Ink?

      did you run alignment mode?

      images of defect in PDF format would help alot

          it's a Ricoh wide format printer using Ricoh original inkt.
          have no pdf

          but see it as on a Ricoh MPC printer that you have color shift and you can do a color calibration.

          With the MPCW 2201 it seems that you can't adjust the colorshift .........inkt head1 (black) VS inkt head2 (color)

              Run Auto Adjust Print Head Position in User Tools - Maintenance. If that fails, run Manual Adjust Head Position in User Tools.
