    Ricoh mp c5503

    hello All:

    i am getting a code SC 549-04. i ran 5000 on it yesterday on a 20# stock no problems. i was running a 24# stock this am and its throwing the code, i changes stock back to 20# and its not coding on us.
    any ideas, ty for the help as always

          Problem is sleeve shield make sure moving ok and clean two sensors behind fuser if may need new sleeve assy

                  OFFLINE is not the problem.. he has paper weight issues.
