[Misc] Abnormal noise in the MP 5055

Has anyone had unusual noise issues with the MP 5055? I have a customer who says they have the occasional noise that I have yet to hear. My hearing is not what it once was, so this noise may be out of my auditory range. Just trying to get some ideas for places to look. I have tried lubricant in various areas(idlers, bushings, etc.) Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
