THat's a localisation error. Probably the wrong local langauge group is selected. Check SP 5-807 and make sure that it's set to '5' for Asia and not another location.
If the machine has been running fine, it's possible that the NVRAM has become corrupt. Try re-loading all firmware, and if that fails, try saving the NVRAM data onto a card, do a full NVRAM clear and then re-load the card data.
