Network problem 15.01 Aficio 2020D

Machine facsimile light is red when in copy or scan mode. Sends and recieves faxes with no problems. Touch the fax button and the light is half green and half red with an error message. "Check to see if there is a network problem. Code 15.01". This unit also works as a printer and scanner. Nic card has a solid beige and a solid green light when the ethernet cable is connected. Unit doesn't appear to have anything wrong with it. Just the red facsimile light. Can someone enlighten me to what the issues may be. I also brought up the units web page and there were no error messages or problems that I could find.

You might check your email settings:

15-01 POP3/IMAP4 Server
Not Registered
At startup, the system detected that
the IP address of the POP3/IMAP4
server has not been registered in the
machine.
Register the name of the
POP3/IMAP4 server.

You're welcome. Report back as to whether it gets fixed or not.

Check to see if the DNS numbers have changed on the customers network. I've seen this often happens when the customer changes ISP.
