Color position image problem mpc5504

Hello,
my customer has the image problem with a ricoh mpc5504.
sp printer mode 1103 color test page, all colors are in the correct position. but music tuning is not going well. colors are completely out of position. see example attached. what could this be? itb has already been changed and is fine

you changed the ITB.. did you run Color calibration? color registration?

Yes i did, and than i have the image as seen in the attachement. So its impossible to run the registration good with that image.

the sheets for calibration should be printed on 11x8.5 or A4 depending on what your regional code is.

those sheets are printed when you start the calibration process..

Was the example you attached printed LEF or SEF? If it is Long Edge Feed then you have a problem in the laser unit and/or its control electronics. Might be memory module or HDD. HDD formatting might help.

If you have the birth certificate check the settings for Main Color Dot Registration Correction, SP 2101-001,002,003,004. Also settings in SP 2181 and 2182. These all affect how long after sync detection the laser starts scanning a line.

Clean id sensors then run colour registration if no good check pm life also run ld pitch adjustment
