Ricoh mp5000 ardf

Just installed ARDF (3010) in RICOH MP5000 machine but it did not accept it and we can not use the ARDF, why ?

Are the dipswitches om the DF-Drive Board set to 0 0 0 0 (Normal Operating Mode)?

You may also check the plug n' play settings in service mode, I think it is in the 5-xxx area. I think it's defaulted to on, but maybe it had been changed.
