    [Misc] RICOH IMC Address Book Error on Smart Apps

    Hi all

    Anyone encounter this weird issue on new Ricoh IMC machine that address book is not showing on Smart Scanner apps but it is showing on scanner classic app.

          Well, that's a really weird issue, I never face such an issue like this. But you can find your answer by searching it on internet or You-tube.
