    Ricoh MPC3001

Have one which had damaged network port. Pins were bent everywhere.

Tried fixing the port. Straightening the pins etc.

Machine booted up, but as soon as I installed the network cable, instantly the machines screen went off and now apart from the power light the machine is dead.

Ive checked fuses 1-3 on the control board but nothing is blown.

    What else could it be?

There are micro fuses on the Bicu and controller, there is a "0" on it.. Check these

That is correct. They are normally in the region of the large white connectors with thicker metal pins, towards the bottom of the board. A quick check is to see if all these have a clear white "0" on them. If it is yellow of brown it is a dead giveaway!

Then do a continuety test over it with a DMM and you can confirm if it is dead that way!

Then the fun starts of finding a replacement AND getting that replacement soldered on the board!
        Press the GREEN button!!

they used those micrfuses on the older mpc2800/3300 series and i just soldered a small piece of wire across them when i had the laser motor
          cause them to blow.
maybe find an old parts machine..
