[Misc] Black dots Aficio C3002

Hello, I'm having a problem with a customer's C3002, the prints come out with black dots, some with dragging, the pads are all new and the fusion has a new sleeve, with the pad and oil, when and thicker sheets exacerbates the problem, even defined thick printing. Furthermore, it does a bit of replication in the background when you print text, you almost don't notice it.


I leave some images attached to demonstrate the problem.


Does anyone know how to solve?

Thanks for your answer, the black pcu has less than 1500 copies and the color ones are around 10000, is that so? Looking at them they are new.

genuine OEM drum or rebuilt?

do they run heavy stock or labels?

have you actually examined the K drum unit?

what does the charge roller look like?

what have you done to the machine?

clean the inside... pull drums belt.. clean all toner off of frame

Are you using Genuine Ricoh parts and supplies?

What is the PM count on the ITB and the ITB cleaning unit?

so drum wasn't genuine .. bet the toner is crap 3rd party also

Lol I'm not even sure what I'm looking at (broken screen) is that a picture of a kitchen?

Post a colour test page and a counter page? Personally I would find that a bit less confusing and easier to troubleshoot.

It looks like it's dumping toner on black...is it using the correct genuine Ricoh toner?

Don't try to save money buying cheap China parts it doesn't work just causes recalls and replacing again & again.

Buy cheap pay twice
