Aficio 3260 Counter

This machine counts double A3, but there is no code 5104 in sp mode to set the counter to count A3 as one print. Any ideas....

Try looking in Special Service Mode. Press the # key while pressing the copy service mode button on the touch screen.

I think it's SP 5104

The A3/DLT double count sp is switched on, which causes A3 simplex to count as two.

And also think it is in the special service mode.
