Hello,

we frequently have sc672-11 error.
when we reboot the error is gone for a while.
what could cause this error? could it be the memory?

Communication error between Op Panel and Controller board. Check all connections, disconnect any options, HDD and memory then power back on. Update firmware. I don't think you will need to replace controller or Op panel but Ricoh is almost certainly going to recommend it. They never miss an opportunity to sell parts.

Different model, but this error occurs on almost all models, with lots of causes, and many solutions

First check SC log entries for any other errors showing up. Upgrade your firmware and if still having issues unplug HDD to see if error stops, Could be harddrive but is in most cases firmware
