Ricoh SP C820dn over-toning at startup
Hi all!
I am having a problem with my machine overtoning in all colors after the machine first warms up. I can run the overtone out and it will run clean after about 200 sheets of paper. All the drum/pcu units were recently changed out for new but was having the same issue with the last set as well.
Does anyone know if there is a setting that will stop the refresh of the pcu units on wake up or power up?
