Rex Rotary 1508 Aficio - 2 page after error print

Greetings ... I need to print a book with this printer as a gift but I noticed that the print goes into error and stops every 2/3 pages in progression. I noticed that after this time on the third page the green liquid crystal display turns dark and you have to turn it off and on again.I also noticed that the error comes out only on the pc but it tells me error without explaining what error it is. help me? thanks?
Is there a general reset without losing stored assistance telephone numbers? Thanks?

Are any codes being logged on SMC? Have you tried accessing WIM when it goes into error state to see if it's a jam, misfeed or SC?

The only errors that I can think of are what Ricoh calls "Jams at Power Up" They are actually jams found at power up or when a jam door is closed. Usually caused by a defective door switch. A little vibration during copying and the machine thinks the door has been opened and then closed. Any paper in the paper path at that time is detected as a jam.
