Is the drum shutter being opened properly?
    Connector disconnected on Transfer unit?
Are the bushings for the transfer roller out of place?
All metal contact points look good?
When you say new drum, did you rebuild the unit and replace the drum, or did you replace the entire PCDU unit?
You can use the 1027 style PCDU's in these machines. P/N: 411019.
Usually it's the PCDU or Transfer roller for this code.

Your second picture is definitely not for a MP 3352 machine as those machines don't have a fusing belt unit in them. Plus you can tell that it's a Smart Op Panel which those machines did not have.

Most likely one tooth on the drum shutter has been broken off. This prevents the shutter from opening fully when the jam door is closed which then either causes a jam or SC401. The shutter is easy to remove. Drum Shutter B0392343

Firstly I'd say try what the other Engineers have suggested. They are right on the money.

You could also have a charge leak. Open the back cover and remove the "D" connecter on the high voltage charge board and run some test copies. This will help tell you if you have a charge leak.
