    Ricoh C5100s: internal cooling fan is active

    Ricoh C5100s printing 6 paper error : internal cooling fan is active and stop printing...
    Engineers please guide how to fix it. Thanks

    "Internal cooling fan is active" alarm usually does not cause the machine not to work. A better screen shot is needed.

      Change all of the filters (+ ozones) there are 6 or 7 of them and clean all the toner / dust out from the vents and go from there. Machine is running hot and the fans are cooling it off probably from restricted airflow.

          I agree, and don't forget the filters on the Toner Hopper assy. 1 On side and 3 on the bottom, behind cover. I believe there are three under the Right cover of main machine as well.
