[Misc] Help - server is offline? Devices not connecting to server?

Some of the devices for one of my client stopped connecting to primary server? Emb stopped communicating and not creating emb devices on its own?

Where can I tell where break is coming from?

I can ping the server successfully via command.

It keeps coming up with server is offline?

What happens if I was to clear the DCE cache? Will this cause more issues?
