Motion detection sensor on IMC series seems not to be working. Is there any SP/user to enable it?

Check in user tools > system settings.

If it's turned on and still not working, check that your sensor is working in input mode in copier SP

And don't get confused as well. Those sensors will not wake the machine up when it detects motion, all they really do is start to warm the fuser up when motion is detected. you still have to put a document in the Doc feed or hit the touch screen to get the actual machine to come out of sleep mode.
