    [Misc] IM C300 Debug Log-Log Storing FAILED

    Hello Friends,

    I want to get debug log due to a problem originating from Streamline on my IM C300 model device. I follow the instructions in the service manual, but when I want to run the 5-858-111 command in the last step, I get the failed response. The SD Card I use is standard 8GB. I am waiting for your help and feedback on the subject. Thank you.

      How long did you wait from the time you made the desired debug log settings to the time you tried to run 5858-111? On older models debug log did not cap.ture any data until after it was configured and enabled.

          I did not wait for any time after adjusting the settings. I saw that the debug log is activated in this series. Do you think time is the source of the problem?

              Now that you have configured what you want it to monitor/gather and store to the HDD, go back after it has thrown at least 1 SC that you concerned about and check. Be sure that the device you want to copy to is empty (formatted) and inserted into the correct memory slot.

                  First check, whether your SD card is accepted by the machine: Try to scan using panel smart app for scanning to USB/SD card. Then try to export SMC data by 5-992-002 (execute). Remember, you have to put SD card to second port, the lower one. Same goes for debug-log. It should be run from GW controller SD card slot, not the Android panel.

                  And secondly, you may not be aware of that, but for new models there is possibility to obtain debug log via WIM:

                  Just add this URL after the HTTP(s) in the browser
                  Code:
                  web/entry/dif/websys/direct/getSysInfo.cgi
                  example: http://192.168.1.100/web/entry/dif/w...getSysInfo.cgi

                  Then you have to specify the date of error occurrence and run the script. As output - you will have the same file as in case of SD card. Containing SMC + debug in one file..

                      First of all thank you for your support.
                      I made all my trials from the SD slot on the SOP. I will test and return as you mentioned at the first opportunity.
