I want to get debug log due to a problem originating from Streamline on my IM C300 model device. I follow the instructions in the service manual, but when I want to run the 5-858-111 command in the last step, I get the failed response. The SD Card I use is standard 8GB. I am waiting for your help and feedback on the subject. Thank you.
