Optional counter type a (413012) in ricoh mpc3003

Hello, I need help please. I have to mount a CM4000 wallet on a ricoh MPC3003. The interface type A (413012) is already installed with the necessary wiring including the power supply of the CM4000 coin mechanism.
What I need to know is how to tell the ricoh mpc3003 that it has the wallet installed and to lock the ricoh until it has credit in the wallet.

    Thank you so much..

Key counter management needs to be enabled in user tools. Might take a bit of faffing with to get the right settings. There may also be a couple of SP modes to change, it should tell you in the service manual.

    Hit it.

SP5-113 set to option 4 (coin rack) for default optional counter type.
User tools > System settings > administrator > (sometimes key-op tools) external charge unit management. Highlight what is vended (if using print vending software do not highlight printing)

The key counter options would not be used.

If you plan on vending print jobs at the copier (no print vending software) set
SP5-894-001 to pattern type 2 to detect color prints.

Note: in sp5-113 there is sometimes an option 6 (coin rack recommended). Using this setting disables the ADF and duplex unit. This stops the patron from sometimes getting a free second side but most customers would rather be able to use duplex and doc feeder.
