Good morning, I need your help after trying practically everything possible, I have a ricoh pro8220s with random jams that can appear every 2k 5k or 20k sheets, at first it was j17, change all the 3 rollers of the feed paper in tray 2 and 3, change the feed paper, change the vertical transport sensors, the j17 did not appear again but if a cataract of other jams, j54, j12, j11, j04, j61, j55 ...... all pointing to the area of taking of trays 2 and 3, but I no longer have to change there, I only have to change the motor of the vertical transport, any ideas?
