Gestetner DSM627 Help

We have a Gestetner DSM627. I turned it on today & the wrench light is on & printer light is on. It says error sending email. We dont use it for this, only print & copy. I did the clear mode, pushed 107 & clear. It went to service mode, I went to printer sp, I entered 5832008, pushed #. Turned it off then back on. The wrench still shows up with printer light. Can anyone help?

On the lcd it says sc865 but on small window it say sc873, call service.

Clear the system settings. Press User tools, hold down the # and press System Settings. Confirm to clear. Press User tools to exit.

I did the user tools, hold#, system settings. As soon I pressed system settings the screen went straight to functional problem, no confirm or anything.

1. Format the hard drive and clear the system settings.If the problem persists..
2. Remove the HD and clear the system settings.

Ok, I'll try & google to format. I dont have manual so not sure how to go about it. Ive been online all am to try to troubleshoot all this stuff
