ricoh mpc 4504ex Asp animation problem

hello all . has anyone had a fault with the animation on the MPC 4504 Ex Asp when you open any door ? I have updated all firmware on the base machine , reloaded the android software and the app software. Spoke to tech support , they sugested downgrading the animation software. Still no joy.

All fixed . downgraded the animation firmware.
loaded new package firmware
came up with load animation firmware.
loaded new animation firmware
all ok.

Make sure you got the ex version firmware use package firmware it will do everything
