    [Misc] RICOH 8210

    Dear all

    we have issue of service mode cant enter due to sm1 from other contractor has changed 806182 to unknow
    we requested from contractor , didnt refuse but also not informed
    ANY SOLUTION like a CANON thro SST can remove service mode password
    thanks in ADVANCE

    If you are a trained and authorized Ricoh technician, you can go into Factory SP mode and change it. Otherwise if you have taken over servicing from the "other contractor" you may need to have an attorney contact said "other contractor."

      what i am looking for software side , not from hard ware side to replace NVRAMS & upload /download data /print or backup SMC
